Information You Provide
Search Terms
When a name, county, state, or other lookup detail is entered into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Beaver County Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and reply information may be kept long enough to respond and manage the request. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.

How Data Is Used

Outside Websites
This site links to sheriff pages, court portals, ODCR, OSCN, ODOC, VINE, federal locators, ICE resources, and third-party search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the privacy policy and data practices of the outside website control.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and deliver targeted ads. Those tracking practices happen on the partner's systems, not inside an official Beaver County record system.

- Search partners that process submitted lookup queries.
- Analytics providers that measure site traffic and performance.
- Advertising networks that serve or measure ads.

Security Practices
Reasonable security practices are used to protect information handled through this site. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed breach-proof, and no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
